Mechanical fitter

Secondment at 3HTS works differently from a traditional temp agency model. You get specialists from our own permanent crew, with their own contract, their own safety file and a dedicated contact on our side. No middlemen, no unfamiliar faces.
Everyone we second is on our payroll. No freelance arrangements, no subcontractor chains. You know who you get, and we guarantee the quality.
For planned shutdowns, arranged weeks in advance. The crew knows your type of work, no long onboarding required.
VCA, Safety Passport, role-specific certifications (NEN 3140, EN-ISO 9606, MEWP, lifting). Documents available in our portal for your HSE coordinator.
From day one you have one coordinator at 3HTS who oversees your project, checks hours, arranges cover during sickness and reports weekly.
We supply people from our own permanent crew. Someone who gets to know you, gets to know your installations, and is still available next year. No constantly changing faces, no induction twice a month.
