How fast do you arrive? Do you use your own people? What about insurance? Answers below. No jargon, no small print. Question not listed? One phone call and you get someone on the line who does the work themselves.
How we work, what to expect on response times, reporting and long-term arrangements.
That depends on the location and the arrangements we make with you. Call +31 85 200 93 66 and we will discuss what is possible.
Digitally. Our engineers fill in work orders via the 3HTS field app on site. Before, during and after photos, parts used and hours are linked to the assignment. You receive the PDF report, with optional export to your maintenance system.
Yes, for long-term partnerships. Structure and rates are discussed on request.
Who is on site, how we handle quality and what certificates and policy documents you can request.
Our own engineers are directly employed, supported by a regular group of freelancers we have worked with for years. No anonymous agency workers. That way we keep the people who know your installations, your team and your procedures, and can scale up when a project needs more capacity.
VCA certified. ISO 9001 is planned for next year. In secured zones we operate only with a Safety Passport and in coordination with your safety officer. Full documentation available on request.
We are adequately insured for public and professional liability. Policies and certificates are shared with your procurement and safety departments before project start. For every project we align scope, risks and liability limits up front.
How pricing is built up, which types of contract are possible and how payment terms work.
Three options: hourly rate, fixed price per project or framework agreement with SLA. For continuous maintenance usually a framework agreement; for projects a fixed-price proposal after intake. No hidden costs, no extra work after the fact without prior agreement.
Standard 14 days after invoice date. For longer framework agreements and larger projects we agree payment dates and milestones in the contract. Pre-financing on larger material orders by arrangement.
Yes, for breakdowns and small-scale work where the scope is hard to define up front. You receive a daily work order with hours and materials. For larger or more predictable jobs we prefer a fixed-price proposal, so you don't get hit with surprises.
How we ensure safety, which permit systems we work with and how we approach lifting and working-at-height tasks.
VCA** and LMRA for every work location. Work permits via your system or our own process. For high-risk work a lifting plan, task risk assessment and toolbox talk up front. Safety is not optional, it is standard.
Yes, for regular work in our workshop and on site. For specific lifting jobs we bring in a crane with a certified crane operator and lifting specialist. Our engineers are VAH (safe-on-the-hook) trained.
Yes. We know the systems commonly used in industry and the maritime sector. For clients without a set system we follow our own permit process with TRA, LMRA and stand-by procedures.
Which workshop we work from, which service area we cover and in which sectors our crew has experience.
Krimpen aan den IJssel, South Holland. Centrally located near the port of Rotterdam, the Botlek area and the industry around Maasvlakte. Our engineers work from the workshop and visit your site.
Primarily South Holland and surrounding regions. For regular clients we travel to locations throughout the Netherlands every working day. For Belgium and bordering areas: on request, depending on scope and duration of the assignment.
Maritime (shipbuilding, yacht building, shipyards), industry (production, chemicals, food, energy) and shipping & offshore. Our crew is versatile and familiar with sector-specific regulations.
