Disciplines

Four disciplines, one scope.

Modifications rarely involve just one trade. We combine steel, piping, mechanical and E&I under one project lead. No hand-overs between parties, no grey areas in responsibility.

Discipline 01

Steel & construction

Steelwork, pipe supports, frames, platforms and stairs. Drawings in AutoCAD/Inventor, strength calculations to EN standards. Welders EN-ISO 9606 certified.

Discipline 02

Piping & process

Process and utility piping, coolants, compressed air, steam. Including pressure tests, insulation and flange connections to the required standard.

Discipline 03

Mechanical & rotating

Pumps, motors, drives, couplings. Laser alignment, vibration analysis on request. For overhauls we keep critical spares in stock.

Discipline 04

E&I & instrumentation

Cabling, control panels, PLC integration, instrumentation. NEN 3140 inspections, IO mapping on your existing system (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider).

The journey

One team,
full scope.

Not three subcontractors, no grey areas. One project lead guides the work from intake to hand-over. Drawing, preparation, production in our workshop, installation on site, commissioning. Everything in-house or via regular, certified partners.

01
Step 01

Intake & scope

Site visit, analysis of the current situation, requirements mapped. A scope with estimate, lead time and risks follows the intake. No surprises halfway through.

Lead time by agreement
02
Step 02

Design & engineering

2D/3D drawing in AutoCAD and Inventor. Strength and stress calculations for structures. EEMUA/API/EN standards as the basis. Separate drawings for welders, mechanical fitters, E&I technicians.

Step 03

Workshop production

Steel construction, piping, skid build, support structures. Welders certified to NEN-EN-ISO 9606. Coating/painting via a regular partner. Pre-assembly and testing before transport.

Step 04

Site installation

Removal of the existing installation, foundation adjustment, placement of new components, connection of process and E&I. Work permits via your system (iGP, eWP) or our own process.

Step 05

Commissioning & testing

Trial running, pressure tests, electrical tests, statutory checks. Together with your crew we verify that the modification does what was agreed. Reporting in line with FAT/SAT protocol.

Hand-over & documentation

As-built drawings, parts list, maintenance instructions, material and welding certificates. Warranty terms recorded in the quote.

FAQ

Before you decide.

No formal lower limit. Small jobs (a single trestle, a small frame) we prefer to bundle. For projects with full project management we look at what is reasonable for both sides.

Both. We can start from a note on the back of a delivery slip or from a finished engineering pack. Our own engineering team supplies workshop drawings and strength calculations to EN standards.

VCA** (petrochemical), NEN-EN 1090 for steel construction, welders certified according to EN-ISO 9606. PED 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment where applicable. Certificates included in the project file.

Often, yes, with the right method: isolation, LOTO, hot-work permits. For critical interventions we prefer to fit into planned shutdowns to minimise risk.

We set out warranty terms on workmanship and materials per project in the quote. Manufacturer warranties on components (pumps, motors, instrumentation) are passed on in line with the manufacturer's terms.

Free scope session

One hour of talking.
One plan in return.

Tell us what you want to change. We listen, ask questions, and shortly afterwards bring scope, price range and a realistic lead time to the table. No letter of intent required.

Other services

One crew, four specialisations.

Same people, same approach, different angle. Clients often combine multiple services in a single framework agreement.
